There are a multitude of crystals and minerals for healing. Seeing as we have 7 chakras within our physical body and 5 other main chakras within our etheric bodies, which add to twelve (12), choosing only ten (10) crystals is actually quite difficult. The ten (10) healing crystals that I would use in a healing kit are Calcite, Clear Quartz, Kyanite, Larimar, Lepidolite, Rhodochrosite, Selenite, Seraphinite, Smoky Quartz and Sugilite.

Clear Quartz can be used in place of any other stone; it is pure white light which holds all colours within it. Quartz stores and amplifies energy, so you can work with your intent (in this case, for harmony) to programme it to assist.

Kyanite effortless aligns your etheric bodies taking you from scattered to centered, without you having to consciously do anything. It just snaps all of you back into place so you can quickly integrate and get back to living.

Selenite creates a 2 way flow through your energetic bodies like a column of pure white light. This light charges up the other stones, releases blocks within your aura and heals the body at a cellular level.

Seraphinite is great for purifying your body, meridians and aura. It regenerates cells and brings with it pure healing energy that flood your system with light. It helps the body assimilate vitamins. Energetically it helps you see where you are at, providing insight as to how to bring about change.

Sugilite works to purify, with its healing energies to strengthen and enlarge the aura, creating balance. Headaches and pain can be relieved by using Sugilite with manganese in it.

Smoky Quartz dissipates negative energy, releases blocks and tension providing insight into why they were created. It brings balance on all levels of your being and then grounds higher frequencies in the body.

Rhodochrosite for love and balance, helps us create new worlds for ourselves. It purifies, cleanses and renews. Working with the energy of love and through its cleansing can help us prevent sickness.

Larimar is a powerful, but gentle cleansing stone that embraces us as we make changes, releasing the old. To integrate its healing energies through all of our etheric bodies, Larimar works at a cellular level.

Lepidolite helps us become aware of our vibration or energy. It relieves stress and assists us through times of change by restructuring old patterns. It balances our emotions, relaxing and releasing tension which allows us to flow again so healing energies flow.

Calcite clears and opens our chakras by amplifying its energy into our chakras. It provides a resonate frequency for us to emulate of our own Divine perfection by projecting it into our auric field.
